Abstract
In this paper we present the full Tables of the second rank constitutive tensors for linear homogeneous media described by 122 discrete crystallographic point groups and 21 continuous magnetic groups of symmetry. The tensors have been calculated using their space-time transformation properties which are different for the cases of unitary (space) and antiunitary (time and space-time) symmetry operators. Our results differ from those published previously for most of the groups. We show a principal distinction between the magnetoelectric tensors for media described by the groups of the second and the third categories. The magnetoelectric tensors for nonmagnetic media are also included in the Tables. The Tables are presented in a compact form by means of unification of the groups which define identical structure of the constitutive tensors.
