Abstract
Using the weak-beam method in transmission electron microscopy, this Letter reports for the first time that the superlattice dislocation in L12-type Ni3,(Al, Ti) alloy can be resolved following its fourfold dissociation, that is, the 1/2[101] superpartial pairs bounding the antiphase boundary (APB) dissociates further into Shockley partials as:
