Additional special features of mechanised arc welding and automatic welding with pulsed electrode wire feed

Abstract

The results of the pulsed-arc welding and the analysis of deposit welding technological features are discussed. It is established that pulse feeding ensuring electrode metal controllable transfer considerably influences the output performance of the welding process, decreasing 1.3–1.8 times expenditure of electric power.
