Abstract

The results of investigations of the productivity and quality of repair–reconditioning operations on equipment produced from austenitic steels of the 12Cr18Ni10Ti type are presented. It is shown that to increase the productivity of repair operations in the conditions of high production risks and harmful effects, it is most efficient to use manual arc surfacing with coated electrodes by the method of modulated current welding.
