A method for measuring current in resistance welding

Abstract

This paper describes a method of current measurement on resistance welding machines which provides for current measurement from the side of the primary winding and pulse duration from the side of the secondary coil of the welding transformer. The method also provides subsequent calculations according to the snap formula. The requirements for the hardware environment of method realization are formed, the results of tests of the experimental specimen are presented.
