Permanent joints in wire lead-outs of micro-spirals in sensors

, , &

Abstract

Sensors with sensitive elements in the form of wire micro-spirals are used in portable devices, in particular in thermometers, gas analysers, and other devices with the working temperature of the sensitive elements up to 600 °C. The devices are subject to requirements for reliable long-term operation. One of the methods of increasing the reliability and operating time of devices is the optimum method of joining the micro-spirals with the electrodes of the sensor.
