Abstract
This report contains the results of investigations carried out into the TIG welding of steel X2 CrNiMoN 18.12, using the filler materials X2 CrNiMnMoN 20.15 and X2 CrNiMo 19.13.
According to the options described in part 1, the filler materials X2 CrNiMnMoN 20.15 and X2 CrNiMo 19.13 were chosen for use in the TIG welding trials. This work was commissioned by the VEB ‘8 May 1945’ special steelworks.
