Meaning and media created by students

Abstract

The speaker proposed first to provide a brief frame of reference for her topic by defining the term ‘Language Arts’, referring to the place of media in elementary and secondary education until the past few years, and discussing conditions that have brought about a re-definition of the subject. Then she would arbitrarily select four of the media and talk about their place in ‘Language Arts’ today. Finally, she would point out some problems and concerns that had to be faced and for which solution had to be found.
