Abstract
I do not think that there is any need to emphasise the importance and necessity for increasingly close international cooperation in the field of educational media production. This has been one of the essential aims of the International Council for Educational Media as is furthermore evident form the coproductions of instructional and educational films by the various member states and the exchange system for films which was recently streamlined (free flow).
