Abstract
This report sets Out to:
1 Sum up briefly the social, political and economical background which called to life the establishment of the National Centre of Educational Technology and made essential the development of a national network of bases for promoting educational technology.
2 Comment on the tasks and the structure of the Centre.
3 Supply information about the planned national base network and about the co-operation with the associated institutions.
