Abstract
In this paper we intend to analyse the types of service which the National Educational Technology Centre can provide for technical education, whether this is given within the framework of normal schooling or within the framework of continuous adult education. But we hope at the same time to determine more precisely the manner in which educational technology can meet the specific requirements of technical education, and finally we hope to arrive at a set of methodological rules relating to the manner in which use can be made of the services of the Centre.
