Production of Audio-Visual Media in Austrian Schools

Pages 6-8 | Published online: 15 Apr 2008

Abstract

There is a wide range of audio-visual material, such as slides, overhead transparencies, tapes, films and video programmes, available to schools today. Those produced by publishing houses and professional organisations are, or should be, of the highest technical quality. If they do not compare with the quality of television and cinema films and modern professional photography, they will be rejected by pupils and teachers alike.
