Abstract
The exchange and transferability of technological information between countries is now becoming a universal phenomenon, and Klára Tompa describes experiments in Finland and Hungary, showing that there is no basic difference between countries in their assessment of technology, even if their level in technological development is different. She describes an experiment in Hungary using Swedish mathematical software.
