Roger Brown is Professor of Higher Education Policy at Liverpool Hope University and was previously Vice Chancellor of Southampton Solent University. He has written widely on many aspects of higher education. His third book ‘Everything for Sale? The Marketisation of UK Higher Education’ was published by Routledge in February 2013.
