Katrina Radford
Katrina Radford is Associate Professor in the Department of Employment Relations and Human Resource Management, Griffith University, Australia. Katrina’s research interests focus on addressing ageism and diversity in three key areas: how can we better create, and plan for, inclusive workplaces? How can we better recruit, retain and support employees within the aged care sector? How can we build better systems or programs that provide quality care for an ageing population?
Ellie Meissner
Ellie Meissner is a lecturer in the School of Psychology, Griffith University, Australia. Her research interests focus on investigating community-based health promotion and workforce models. She is interested in studying the ageing population and explores topics such as how we better support an ageing workforce; middle management, work arrangements, psychological safety; career adaptability and progression. She has a particular focus on public health workforce.
