For many engineers and researchers in industry, analysis of variance and related hypothesis testing for parameter design proposed by Taguchi are not easy for them to use. In this paper, a quick and easy method to analyze the results of parameter design is proposed and discussed. In this method, an analyzing sheet is presented, in which the significance of factors and interactions can be evaluated by Pareto-type analysis. With this sheet, it is also possible to obtain the optimal levels of factors. A case study in a Korean semiconductor company is used as an illustration.
