Loukas Tsoukalis

Loukas Tsoukalis is President of the Hellenic Foundation for European and Foreign Policy (ELIAMEP), Professor of European Integration at the University of Athens and Visiting Professor at King's College (London) and the College of Europe (Bruges). Mr. Tsoukalis is former Special Adviser to the President of the European Commission. He has taught at many universities, including Oxford, the London School of Economics, Sciences Po in Paris, and the European University Institute in Florence. His latest work on ‘the Unhappy State of the Union: Europe Needs a New Grand Bargain’ is being published by leading European think tanks in six languages. Email: [email protected]
