Andrew P. Owsiak (PhD, University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign) is an associate professor in the department of international affairs at the University of Georgia (Athens, GA, USA). His area of expertise includes the causes and management of interstate conflict—including such topics as diplomacy, international law, territorial disputes, rivalries, war, peace processes, and non-violent conflict management strategies.
