Why Don't You Come and Visit Us at Home? Action Research with the Parents of Year Two Children

This article describes the attempts of a small village school to take on board the findings of a major research project. We give the perspectives of both teacher and researcher to provide the full picture and to exemplify how researchers and teachers can work in close collaboration to improve the quality of education.
