Abstract
This case study describes the assessment and treatment of a sexual offender, who will be referred to as Mr X, and his homosexual partner. Mr X was not considered to be mentally abnormal; however, he presented with a most unusual pattern of deviant sexual behaviour, involving exhibitionism, an obsessional fetish associated with the activity of exposing other men's genitals, and fantasies with a sadomasochistic component. His assessment, treatment and follow-up are reported in detail.
