Sexual attacks on older women committed by young adult males are a cause of much concern. Despite this there is very little on the subject in the psychiatric literature.
This article reviews the available literature and describes a small series of cases, highlighting not only common themes, but also the diversity of psychopathology evident in the perpetrator.
