Abstract

Air quality in the vicinity of Gatwick Airport (UK) has been examined by means of a monitoring and modelling study. The results of this study indicate that the airport cannot be considered to be a significantly more important contributor than other sources to average ground level concentrations at present or as a result of future developments.
