Abstract
In a shooting range the metal concentrations in the air during the firing were measured. Stationary sampling at three different locations was performed, size‐segregated samples were taken and in order to measure the personal exposure, a personal sampler was carried by an instructor. With the bullets used lead, barium and antimony were the primary metal pollutants. During the shooting the TLV is significantly exceeded for lead.
