Aims and behavioural objectives of an education programme

Abstract

This paper argues that clear objectives are crucial to drug education. Unless considerable effort is spent on planning the objectives of national and local drug education generally and medical drug education specifically, we may end up with just an interesting range of projects rather than a major improvement in the situation. The paper discusses one potentially fruitful approach.
