Pages 343-349 | Published online: 08 May 2007

Abstract

The author concludes that the Transmanche‐Link organization structure is unique in terms of joint venture management and the project has benefited from the seconding of senior management personnel from ten of the largest construction companies in the UK and France. The most up‐to‐date technology was shared, thereby promoting tried and tested construction techniques and practice.
