Kizito Nsarhaza Bishikwabo is the Monitoring and Evaluation Adviser for UNAIDS in Haiti. Previously, he was Programme Development Adviser in the Country and Regional Support Department of UNAIDS in Geneva.
Alessandro Lanteri
Alessandro Lanteri is a doctoral student at the Erasmus University in Rotterdam. He contributed to this paper during an internship with UNAIDS, where he worked on the economic motivations of those involved in the fight against HIV/AIDS.
