Benefits and Education: 2. The 21 Hour Rule

Abstract

A previous article on benefits and education covered the reform of students' benefits and was primarily concerned with the benefits entitlement of persons undertaking higher education courses. In this second article on benefits and education, attention is focused on the 21 hour rule applicable to unemployed persons in non-advanced part-time education.
