Attitudes, Poverty and Agency in Russia and Ukraine

Notes

1. I would like to express my sincere thanks to Nina Ivashinenko for inviting me to participate in her research team at Nizhniy Novgorod Scientific Research Centre for Economics, Society and Science (EON), at Lobachevsky State University of Nizhniy Novgorod. Three contributions (and to a part also a fourth one) are based on a Russian project on poverty in the Nizhny Novgorod region in 2010–2012, in which Ivashinenko (project leader), Kay, Sätre, Soldatkin and Varyzgina, all took part.
