Abstract
This paper is in effect a summary of three COPR reports (Pope, 1973 and 1974, Pope and Watt, 1975) which is intended to give the reader an indication of possible uses for light hovercraft under field conditions both in the United Kingdom and overseas. Some suggestions are made as to possible uses and various forms of equipment and modifications are described and discussed.
