Abstract
The Oxford International Centre for Palliative Care holds Advanced Courses during June and July, under the leadership of Dr Robert Twycross. They attract 100–150 participants (including several from overseas) at each course. Therapeutic Highlights summarises basic information on therapy from some of the sessions in 1999. Further Highlights will appear in later issues of the journal during 2000.
