The efficiency evaluation of low carbon economic performance based on dynamic TOPSIS method

Abstract

On the basis of predecessors’ research results, this paper first tries to design evaluation indexes system including economic, social and environmental technological. Then, the index increment and temporal entropy-weighting are used to improve the traditional static TOPSIS method in order to evaluate regional low carbon economy competitiveness and analysis its space difference. the research results show that, the competitiveness strength of every regional low economy development level differs a lot, and the space distribution has the characteristics of the highest provincial hospital, the middle region lower, and the west region lowest. Last, this paper gives propose for every region to promote its low carbon economy development.
