Abstract
The cultural and creative product design emphasizes the humanistic, artistic and creative life aesthetics, and it is gradually becoming the emerging economic power. Phalaenopsis has a variety of design images and wins praise on account of noble and elegant feelings and sweet-smelling. Taiwan has been the world’s largest phalaenopsis exporter over the years. In order to improve the competitiveness of Taiwan’s cultural industry, phalaenopsis will be the research object in this paper. Firstly, the main problems in the existing phalaenopsis products were explored. Secondly, the design flow and design methods based on literature survey, interview, questionnaire, mind mapping, participatory design and value opportunity analysis were submitted. Finally, these flow and methods were used to design and analyze the cultural and creative product design of phalaenopsis. The research results are of great significance to the cultural creative product design of phalaenopsis and can provide reference for the relevant designers and the cultural and creative design industry.
