Uncertain multi-attribute decision making with interval certitude degree and prospect theory

Abstract

This paper proposed a novel interval multi-attribute decision making using evidential reasoning and prospect theory. The attribute values are interval certitude structure, and the combined method using evidential reasoning. In the end, a ranking of alternatives can be determined using the combined prospect values with the ranking method, which is based on TOPSIS.
