Study on personality traits of cooks of HACCP-certificated quantity diet suppliers

Abstract

Of 119 returned valid questionnaires, the Cronbach’s a of the scale for personality traits was 0.8839 and he mean of the scale was 3.65. The Cronbach’s α of the scale for job satisfaction was 0.9607 and the mean of the scale was 3.65. The study found there were significant correlation between all the factors of the personality traits and those (internal and external satisfaction) of the job satisfaction (p <0.05). The correlation coefficient between personality traits and internal satisfaction of cooks reaches 0.825, and that between personality traits and external satisfaction of cooks reaches 0.841.
