Abstract
Increasing competitiveness of service business to corporate to take advantage of business improvement philosophies and procedures to deal with customer needs for corporate services to improve quality services and organization. All IT based companies are now looking forward to improving their ITIL processes to be more efficient. Line ITIL is a method which is meant to solve this problem, reduce costs and improve quality. Its application in the IT services area is becoming increasingly popular with researchers and educators and can be used for this improvement. In spite of implementing six sigma approaches in the context of the service sector, the application of the LAN method in providing specific services for the management of information technology services (ITMs) is mostly unselected. Evaluate the benefits of continuous service development on Integrated ITIL for implementation of the purpose of this paper and software application support services.
