The distribution model the more for less (nothing) paradox and economies of scale and scope: some nonlinear extensions

Abstract

This paper uses a goal programming framework to provide scale and scope related interpretations and examples of the more for less and more for nothing paradoxes both for linear and for very general classes of nonlinear cases.
