Manchu character segmentation and recognition method

Abstract

Discusses the text segmentation of Manchu character recognition process, improved the traditional projection segmentation method, improves the segmentation accuracy of Manchu. The nearest neighbor and support vector machine, Bayes three Manchu recognition method, combined with the characteristics of Manchu, a design based on the printed Manchu recognition system of multi classifier fusion decision, realize image preprocessing, Manchu character recognition and other functions. The experimental results show that, the system has achieved good recognition effect of Manchu.
