Innovation strategy of human resources in colleges and universities in post-massification stage: evidence from Anhui province of China

Abstract

The paper establishes the evaluation index system of human resources in colleges and universities, then comparing human resources in colleges and universities of Anhui and Taiwan in the same year and under the same economic level. Grey situation decision of mono-target model is used to conduct comprehensive assessment. Through these analyses, we can conclude that human resources in colleges and universities of Anhui have already made progress, but still fallen behind Taiwan. At present higher education of Anhui is in the post-massification stage, the numbers of students have increased quickly, the quantity and quality needs of teachers have expanded rapidly. In order to solve those problems, we provide innovation strategies on the basis of the advanced experiences of Taiwan in the 1980s for human resources management of colleges and universities in Anhui. Hoping through this research, we can continuously give suggestions to improve the management level of human resources of colleges and universities for the provinces which high education just in the post-massification stage.
