Abstract
Heat treatment is a key process for optimizing material performance and for increasing the longevity of the materials. Based on the analysis of heat treatment technology, we build the resources and environmental evaluation indicator system for heat treatment. The weights are assigned to the indicators by using the analytic hierarchy process (AHP). Resources and environmental quality is divided into four levels, internationally advanced, domestically advanced, domestic average, and not up to the standard. The four levels constitute a four-level set. Then a membership function is established for each level based on past experience and data and a fuzzy mathematical model is obtained for the evaluation. Finally the evaluation is done by combining with expert scoring. This model provides professional and reasonable solution to the resources and environmental evaluation of heat treatment technology.
