Employee satisfaction assessment from the perspective of demand side—based on G1-FUZZY-DSS

Abstract

Employee is the essential part of an enterprise, their satisfaction determines whether enterprises and employees can keep a harmonious sustainable development trend or not. With the help of computer-aided decision support system (DSS) and fuzzy comprehensive assessment of weighting by G1 method (G1-FUZZY), the paper constructs an employee satisfaction-oriented assessment system and multi-dimensional satisfaction index reference set to evaluate employee satisfaction with enterprises’ development from the perspective of demand side. In this case, it will be easier to give a full play of satisfaction assessment’s synergistic role in a business system and continuously promote a mutual development. And a case study reveals that employees have evident needs in terms of income improvement and better career development, proposing a clearer and more specific target for enterprises. By comprehensively integrating auxiliary tools such as DSS, this paper manages to put forward corresponding suggestions in accordance with an enterprise’s real situation and the knowledge and experience of its decision makers.
