Knowledge diffusion performance of innovation network: A study based on organization evolution theory

, &

Abstract

Based on Organization Evolution Theory knowledge diffusion performance of innovation network is studied from the perspective of environmental choice and organization adaptation in our work. A new knowledge diffusion model based on multi-agent simulation is put forward to solve the defects of the existing ones without regard to how competition-cooperation degree between agents and different organization learning patterns jointly impact on knowledge diffusion of innovation network. A series of conclusions are obtained through simulation experiments. These conclusions are verified by the longitudinal development of Liushi innovation network for low-voltage apparatus.
