Abstract

In this paper, four first-level evaluation indicators and twelve second-level evaluation indicators measuring the quality of bilingual teaching in undergraduate colleges were proposed, trying to perform a comprehensive evaluation of the effectiveness of bilingual teaching, which is an area that hitherto eluded empirical analysis. In this paper, an effectiveness evaluation model of bilingual teaching in undergraduate colleges was constructed using Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP), taking the C-language bilingual teaching course in an undergraduate college in Shandong for example, the bilingual teaching effect was evaluated using the effectiveness evaluation model constructed in this paper. The empirical results validate the effectiveness of the method proposed in this paper.
