Transverse integration algorithm of executive management information resources in large-scale enterprises

Abstract

The existing transverse algorithm for resources integration has poor integration effect and fails to improve the economic efficiency of enterprises, thus, a transverse integration algorithm of executive management information resources based on the critical chain is proposed. Priority of each project, resource constraints of multi-project system, types of sharing resources and number of resources are determined first. Then, according to the sharing constrained resources, workload of activity, allocated amount of resources and duration corresponding to each activity to establish and solve the mathematical model. Finally, through the application of critical chain scheduling mechanism, synchronization mechanism, buffer management mechanism and implementation of five steps to achieve transverse integration of resources. Experimental results show that the algorithm can improve the enterprise's economic benefits and has high customer satisfaction.
