Experimental research on speed control of larger-seed planting device based on BBD model

Abstract

In order to study the influencing factors of speed control of large particle seed metering device, by using response surface method, it is obviously that coefficient of variation of row spacing(C) is effected by the interaction between the belt speed and the given impulse, especially the belt speed is the main influencing factor.Experiment results showed that the socket-roller seeding device could achieve the seeding test successfully,stably and its performance index accord with the standard of single grain precision seeding experiment. Thus, the precision seeding could be achieved by the device.
