Abstract

With the full participation of the aged in the developmental stage of the elderly population, the issue of pension has become increasingly prominent. In particular, the contradiction between the demand for the aged and the service of the aged is becoming more and more prominent in the condition of the core of the family structure, the transformation of the government function and the market failure. And the elderly health club provides a diversified system structure to meet the needs of the people. Based on the characteristics of the elderly health club, and combining the requirements of the maximum coverage of the public facilities, we set up a location decision model and use the prospect theory to determine the satisfaction function. Finally, we give an example and get a satisfactory solution by genetic algorithm. It confirms the feasibility of the model.
