Abstract

This paper used the fuzzy analytic hierarchy process (FAHP) model to investigate how family and individual affect the success of entrepreneurship. The results of statistical analysis show that individual competence is the most important factor affecting youngsters’ willingness to start a business. Collaboration ability, interpersonal social skills, and upbringing should also be considered as the important factors for the success of youth entrepreneurship.
