Analysis on the operation model and suggestion for natural rubber production in Hainan sate farm

Abstract

This study uses a questionnaire-based survey to discuss the three existing operation mode of natural rubber production in Hainan State Farm qualitatively. It elaborates in terms of mode introduction, main performance and existing problems and every mode takes one typical farm as a case study. The results indicate that the operation mode of “farm+ family workers cooperative management” is the one which most conformed to the present productivity development level. It is the inevitable choice and the optimal choice for the rubber operation system reform of Hainan State Farm.
