Abstract:
It was observed that ‘instructions for the authors’ were not strictly followed in some of the manuscripts submitted in the last two years. It was also seen that some manuscripts were carelessly drafted. It was a matter of a great concern that even after bringing the discrepancies to the notice of authors; the revisions were not properly done. Significant time of the Reviewers, Editors and Authors was lost in this process. More importantly this adversely affected the processing of genuine manuscripts. Some measures control this was, therefore, felt.
After giving a thought to the entire process and also to ensure the interests of the genuine manuscripts, it is now decided to charge ‘US $ 50 as the ‘Submission fee’. This amount will be reduced from the article processing charges when the manuscripts gets eventually accepted. This will ensure that the amount being charged to the manuscripts getting accepted remains unaffected.
The arrangement will come in force from 1st January 2021.
