摘要
由於製造環境之動態舆不確定因素,而增加了生產排程之複雜性舆困難度,重排程是解決這些問题的方法之一。本文提出了重排程執行程序之分析架構及重排程之決策需求,並詳細說明了重排程各決策問題之特性,進而探討了因應各決策需求現有文獻己提出之可行方法。本文的目的不是要提出解決的方法,而是希望透過所提出之架構舆分析,以協助了解重排程之問題舆特性、因應重排程決策問題之現有方法舆文獻、以及進一步研究之方向。
Abstract
The difficulty and complexity of the production scheduling problem originate from the dynamic and uncertain nature of the manufacturing environment. The rescheduling approach suggested in the literature is one of the alternative approaches to be employed to manipulate this situation. This paper addresses the analysis framework and decision problems during the rescheduling process. The characteristics of each rescheduling decision problem is described in detail and the available techniques proposed in the literatures to each rescheduling decision problem are also explored and summarized. The paper's main contribution is not to solve the rescheduling problem, but to exhibit the practical rescheduling decision requirements so as to plot a course for further work on a system approach to rescheduling.
