摘要
在各種製造單元分群的方法中,大多是針對工件或機器,依各植定義的相似係数,予以分族及分群。然而,由於沒有考慮工件的生產數量,加工途程及加工時間,所形成的製造單元之負荷,彼此間可能差異很大。且生產中因受排程的影饗,會使機器產生等待的現象。因此,僅考慮工件或機器的相似性,在實際環境上是有所不足的。本論文提出一 個探索法,以形成製造單元。本方法是依工件的生產數3001各種不同的加工途程及加工時間等實際因素,考慮整體製造單元的機器負荷,以形成製造單元分群。本方法並考慮在現有機器的限制下,以製程替換解決部份機型機器不足的現象。最後,並計算製造單元分群下機器的使用率,以作爲決策的參考。
Abstract
The grouping of parts into families and machines into cells poses an important issue in the design and implementation of cellular manufacturing. This paper proposes a heuristic for the part family/machine group formation problem. The distinguishing feature of this method is its consideration of several practical factors such as cell loading, alternative mulaine routing, job production quantities, job processing times, lot-splitting, and the maximum number of machines available. The heuristic is a two-stage procedure in which the first stage forms pact families and machine groups based on cell loading, and the second one adjusts the formation by using the alternative machine routings in case the number of machines required exceeds the number of maximum available.
